22. The law of the State of Florida shall
govern the interpretation and enforcement of this instru-
ment.
This mortgage may not be waived, changed or
discharged orally, but only by an agreement in writing
and signed by the party against whom enforcement of any
waiver, change or discharge is sought. If there be more
than one Mortgagor the covenants and warranties hereof
shll be joint and several. The covenants of this mortgage
shall run with the land and bind the Mortgagor, the heirs,
distributees, legal representatives, successors, and assigns
of the Mortgagor and all subsequent owners, encumbrancers,
tenants and subtenants of the premises, and shall inure to
the benefit of the Mortgagee, the successors and assigns of
the Mortgagee and all subsequent holders of this mortgage.
As used herein 'the singular shall include the plural as the
context requires.
