The petition of ROBERT C. HACKNEY, ESQ., for the appointment
of a guardian of the person and property of STANLEY BALDIGA, coming
on this day to be heard and it appearing to the court that said ;
person is incompetent because of a severe stroke, causing aphasia

and paralysis on the right side of the body, and that it is necessary i
for a guardian to be appointed; and the court having jurisdiction
and being fully advised it is
ADJUDGED that ROBERT C. HACKNEY, ESQ., is hereby appointed as
guardian of the person and property of STANLEY BALDIGA, incompetent.
