Petitioners, EVERETT SPELL and PAUL E.~SPELL, allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above estate as
beneficiaries under the Last Will and Testament of the deceased

and as the nominated personal representatives. Petitioners'
names and addresses are: EVERETT SPELL, 64 Chadwick Drive,
Charleston, SC 29407 and PAUL E. SPELL, Route 3, Smoakes, SC 29 81.
The name and address of Petitioners' attorney is as set forth at i

the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, ALBERT S. RUCKS, whose last known address was
Easter Manor Nursing Home, 611 South 13th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, and whose age was 91 years and whose social security
number is: 251-07-9991-A, died on August 20, 1980, at Fort Pierce,
Florida, and at the time of death, decedent was domiciled in St.
Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages
