I, ALBERT S. HOCKS, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, includ-
ing the expenses of my~last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and bequeath my shotgun to my
grandnephew, AL ROBINSON, and I give and bequeath my 22 caliber
rifle to my grandnephew, ELDRED SPELL.
CLAUSE~III: I give and devise any boat I may own
~at the time of my death to my nephew, EVERETT SPELL.
CLAUSE~IV: I give and devise any automobile I may
own at the time of my death to my nephew, PAUL SPELL.
CLAUSE V: I give and devise the sum of ONE THOUSAND
- DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to GREEN POND UNITED METHODbST CHURCH,
Smoaks Charge (Orangeburg District), Orangeburg, South Carolina.
I direct that said Church•-shall use the income only from this
bequest-for its general church purposes far a period of thirty ;
(30) years from the date of my death at the-end of which said
Church shall use the principal and interest of this bequest
for its general charitable church purposes.
CLAUSE VI: I give and devise the sum of FIVE
THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to my cousin, ANN LISTON.

CLAUSE VII: The rest, residue and remainder of
my property Z direct be sold by my personal representatives
and distributed equally to that class of persons consisting
- of my sisters, MAY PADGETT, GERTRUDE MALLARD and all of my f
nieces living at the-date of my death (except for my niece,
