JACQUELINE HAYNSWORTH, to whom I specifically make no bequest
in this Will), share and share alike. If any of said persons
shall not survive me, the share of such person shall drop
out, thereb}r increasing proportionately the respective shares
of the survivors o~ said persons.
CLAUSE VIII: I name and appoint my nephews, EVERETT
SPELL and PAUL SPELL, as personal representatives of this Will, ~
both to serve without bond.
My personal representatives shall have all of the
rights, powers, duties. and responsibilities granted under
Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
