I hereby nominate acid appoint my daughter,
MRS RUTH McQUFEN, Personal Representative of this, my Last
Will and Testament, and I expressly confer upon her power as
such Personal Representative to administer my estate, ex- t
cusing her from giving any bond, or making returns to any
Court. I expressly confer upon her full_suthority and power
to sell and convey any part or all of my estate, at public
or private sale, with or without notice, as she may deem best,
and without any order of Court. I authorize her to make.
good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold t
the proceeds of any sale to the same uses as declared in the

items of this, my Last Will and Testament.

I direct that LAWRENCE G. ROPES, JR., attorney, at
245-247 Catalonia, Coral Gables, Florida, act as attorney
for my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
seal at Coral Gables, Dade County, Florida, this 'r day
of February, 1979, to this my Last Will and Testament, consisting
of four (4} pages.
