5. SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, whose address is
set forth above is qualified under the laws of Florida to
serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate
and is entitled to .preference in appointment as personal represen-
tative because the named personal representative has waived her ~

right to act and has requested the appointment of your Petitioner. '
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in t
this estate are:
Cash and real property having a value of more
than $60,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or
Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
April.22, 1976, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner acknowledges that it is qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State
of Florida; that it will faithfully administer the estate of
said decedent according to law.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY be
appointed personal representative of the estate of the
decedent.

THE FOREGOING AND THE FACTS ALLEGED ARE TRUE, TO THE BEST OF
