East to North run Northwesterly parallel with the `
East line of said Tract 2, 82.03 feet; thence on
an angle of 71 degrees 50' as measured from South
to East run Easterly 124.97 feet to the East line
of said Tract 2; thence run Southeasterly 86.38
feet to the point of beginning
