(3) OTHER PROVISIONS: `
A. Trial of this cause shall be held on
a day certain being October 3, 1980.
B. The parties may amend their witness list ~
and take discovery until five days before Trial.
(4) EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn
by either party. -
(S) WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the
Pre-Trial Conference and names filed with the Clerk will be
permitted to testify, except the parties themselves. Either
party may call any witness listed by any other party.
