THIS CAUSE came before the Court on the Joint Stipulation
to Entry of Final Judgment duly executed by and between the
attorneys for Plaintiff, MANUFACTURERS HANOVER TRUST COMPANY/
CENTRAL NEW YORK, and the Defendant, EDWARD.ROZZI, and. the
Court having reviewed this matter and being otherwise fully ~
advised in the premises, finds that Plaintiff obtained a Final
Judgment against said Defendant in the Supreme Court of Monroe
County, New York, a Court of Record of the State of New York,
that said~New York Judgment remains in full force and effect, ~
unsatisfied, unappealed, and unreversed, and that Plaintiff is ~
entitled to a Final Judgment as a matter of law, it is 4
