SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that we, FRIEDRICH HONSBERG
and MARGARETE HONSBERG, his wife, the Plaintiffs in the above-styled
cause, wherein a Judgment was rendered on the 27th day of August,
1980 in the above-named Court for Two Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-
Six and 87/100 Dollars ($2,586.87) and costs, against RICHARD J.
• LYSTRA, JR., nefendant,.therein, said Judgment being-duly recorded in
the minutes of said Court and a copy thereof having been recorded in
Official Records Book ~ Page / G 3 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, do hereby acknowledge full payment and
satisfaction of Two Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Six and 87/100 Dollars
($2,586.87) and consent that the same shall be satisfied of record,
under the provisions and understandings that Plaintiffs reserve all
right to pursue, through this action, or subsequent actions any claim
they have against Defendant, RICHARD J. LYSTRA, JR., for the balance ~
of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) sued upon in this action.
Moreover, the undersigned specifically represent to RICHARD J.

LYSTRA, JR. that the purpose of this Satisfaction of Judgment is to
clear any real property owned by RICHARD J. LYSTRA, JR. of any liens
arising out of the recording of the above-referred to Judgment, but ~
is not to be considered a full release and satisfaction of all claims
I ,
between the parties except that Two Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Six
and 87/100 Dollars ($2,586.87) set forth in•the Judgment, above.
