ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for consideration by this
onorable Court on the Husband's Motion to Modify~Order and
he Wife's Motion for Continuance and Motion to Modify Order
nd both parties having been present and represented by their
espective counsel and the Court having been fully advised
'n the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the appraisal of the marital dwelling in this
ause by Stephen G.Redstone of Treasure Coast Appraisers is
ereby entered into evidence as the Husband's exhibit and
long with the testimony from Stephen G.Redstone shall be
onsidered as evidence in the upcoming hearing in this cause.
2. That the Wife's Motion for Continuance is hereby
ranted and the Husband's Motion to Modify Order and the Wife'
otion to Modify Order shall be set on the hearing docket
he week of October 7, 1980.
