IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF TH8 19TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, IN AND FOR SAINT { LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA ! i i. ~ ~ CASE NO. 80 172 FR ;i 'IN RE: MARRIAGE OF JOSEPH GEORGE WHEELER, Husband, I and ~ ' CHERYL ANN WHEELER, Wife.- FINAL JUDGMENT • DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE { i i THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 15th day of i :.September, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the~Court I s ~~having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed ~ r the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds ':and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and ~ + ;the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of the Husband i ~ and Wife. now exists between the parties; the Husband and Wife ::were duly married to each other on October 11, 1974; there are ,now two minor children born as issue of said marriage, namely, ; ' :Joseph George Wheeler, Jr., born November 13, 1977. and Leah Marie Wheeler, born May 29, 1975; there is no evidence of unfitness i of either of the parents, and both parents are concerned with 'the welfare of the minor childra~, issue of the marriage; and 'that the marriage is irretrievably riroken and should be dissolved.: s It is thereupon i ORDERED.AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JOSEPH GEORGE ! s WHEELER, Husband and CHERYL ANN WHEELER, Wife, be and the same is :'hereby dissolved, and the parties arrd each of them are hereby ~foreuer freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing 'between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. i 2. CUSTODY. Care, custody and education of LEAH MARIE WHEELER, the minor child of the parties is hereby awarded to the Husband, JOSEPH GEORGE WHEELER, with reasonable visitation ! ? rights to the Wife, CHERYL ANN WHEELER.
