THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 15th day of

:.September, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the~Court I s
~~having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed ~ r
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds
':and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and ~ +
;the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of the Husband
i ~
and Wife. now exists between the parties; the Husband and Wife
::were duly married to each other on October 11, 1974; there are
,now two minor children born as issue of said marriage, namely, ; '
:Joseph George Wheeler, Jr., born November 13, 1977. and Leah Marie
Wheeler, born May 29, 1975; there is no evidence of unfitness
i
of either of the parents, and both parents are concerned with
'the welfare of the minor childra~, issue of the marriage; and
'that the marriage is irretrievably riroken and should be dissolved.:

ORDERED.AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between JOSEPH GEORGE !

WHEELER, Husband and CHERYL ANN WHEELER, Wife, be and the same is
:'hereby dissolved, and the parties arrd each of them are hereby
~foreuer freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
'between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Care, custody and education of LEAH MARIE
WHEELER, the minor child of the parties is hereby awarded to
the Husband, JOSEPH GEORGE WHEELER, with reasonable visitation ! ?
rights to the Wife, CHERYL ANN WHEELER. Care, custody and educa- j
