ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court on September 17, -
1980, and the parties having reached agreement on the Counterrespondent's
Motion to Dismiss the Counterpetition, and the Petitioner having moved
ore tenus to amend her Petiton, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followes:
1. That the Motion to Dismiss the Counterpetition shall
be-and it is hereby denied and the Counterrespondent shall file her
answer within ten days of the date of this Order.
2. That the Petitioner shall be, and she is hereby, given
leave to amend her Petition for Dissolution of Marriage within ten
days of the date of this Order.
DONE-AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this ~ day of September, 1980.
