This cause having come before the Court on September 16, 1980
upon Petitioner's Motion to Tax Costs and Attorney's Fees, and the
Court having heard the arguments of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Petitioner's Motion to tax reasonable attorney's fees is
hereby denied.
2. Petitioner's motion to tax costs is hereby granted. Wife ~
shall recover from Respondent/Husband the amount of $182.00 in costs.
