ORDER ADJUDICATING RESPONDENT IN CONTEMPT.OF COURT
~ AND ORDER FOR COMMITMENT
THIS ACTION was heard on Petitioner's Motion .for a Contempt
Order. On the evidence presented it is:
ADJUDGED that:

1. Respondent, BALLARD EUGENE GREEN, is in willful contempt
of court for his failure to pay temporary support of $665.00 as
ordered by the Court on January 4, 1980.
2. Respondent shall be confined to the St. Lucie County jail
i
for a period of ten (10) days beginning this date unless the Respondent
purges himself of contempt in the manner specified below:

3. Respondent may purge himself of contempt by paying to the ~
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, the following:
f
a. The costs of incarceration, .attachment or any ''other
i
charges of the Sheriff.
b. Temporary support arrearages of $665.00.
c. Two dollars for the Sheriff of St. Lucie County for
receiving and disbursing the money. The payments are to be made by
Respondent to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida. The money
shall be paid by the Respondent in cash, certified check, bank draft,- ~
cashier's check or any type of money order.

4. Upon receiving all payments listed in paragravh 3, the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County shall deliver the payments to the Clerk
of this Court and shall release the Respondent from custody. (
