LOCKWOOD, Husband. / FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 17th day of September, 1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdic- tion of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the elation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; nd that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably roken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between ANNA . LOCKWOOD and GEORGE F. LOCKWOOD be and the same is hereby issolved and_the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JOHN CHARLES LOCKWOOD born tober 9, 1962, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to ANNA M. LOCRWOOD. 3. SUPPORT: Commencing-the 19th day of September, 1980 FORGE F. LOCKWOOD shall pay to ANNA M. LOCKWOOD the sum of $50.00 each and every week for the support of the minor child arced above. Said payment shall continue through October 3, 1980, since the child shall reach the age of majority on . • ~ tober 9, 1980. • I 4.
