LOCKWOOD,shall pay to the Wife, ANNA M. LOCKWOOO, as permanent
alimony $400.00 per month until she dies or remarries. Each
payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted promptly to ANNA M. LOCKWOOD. In addition there is
ereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be

dded to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
e made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
arties are ordered to-keep the Clerk of this Court advised
f their mailing and residence addresses at all times while
this Order is in effect.
- 5-. LUMP SUM ALIMONY: -The Wife, ANNA M. LOCKWOOD, is
ereby awarded as lump sum alimony all of the Husband's right, -
itle and interest in and to the marital dwelling and the

eal property upon which it is located and all furniture,
fixtures and appliances contained therein located at 7508
ibiscus Road, Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, Florida and said
eal property being described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 42, LAKEWOOD PARK, UNIT FIVE, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at Page
5 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
6. RESTRAINING ORDER: The Husband is hereby enjoined
i nd restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying

he Wife and further that the Sheriff of St.Lucie County,
lorida and the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their
eputies are hereby directed to enforce the terms of this
rder and should the Husband come about, molest, harass harm
- r annoy the Wife then the Sheriff or his deputies are
irected to take the Husband into custody without further
Baring before this Court.

7. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines that the. sum
f $300.00 is a reasonable fee for the Wife's attorney for
