THIS CAUSE having come before this Court upon the E
fife's Motion to Modify Final Judgment and Modify or Vacate
rder and the Husband's Motion for Remove Cause from Trial °
alendar and both parties having been present and represented
y their respective counsel and the Court having heard
estimony of the parties and their witnesses and having been
ully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband's Motion tb Remove Cause from Trial
alendar is hereby denied.
2. That paragraph 1 of the Order entered in this cause
n February 14,1980 is hereby vacated and the care, custody
nd control of the three minor children, namely BECKY MARIE
AWN, PAMELA ANN YAWN and ROBERT LEE YAWN is hereby awarded
o the Wife, BARBARA A. YAWN, with liberal visitation rights
ranted to the Husband and to the paternal grandparents. The
hysical custody of the children shall be transferred on or
efore Sunday, September 21, 1980 at 5:00 p.m. The custodian
arenc shall not remove her residence from St.Lucie County
ithout further order of this Court.
3. BECKY MARIE YAWN is to remain in the same school
or the rest of the school year and PAMELA ANN YAWN and ROBERT
EE YAWN shall remain in the same school for at least the
est of this semester. 4
4. Commencing Friday, September 26, 1980 the Husband '
ill pay to the Wife the sum of $25.00 per child each and
