Each payment shall be m;~de to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
and by him remitted promptly to BARBARA A. YAWN. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both

5. The parties have hereby stipulated to a private
ale of the marital dwelling and the furnishings contained
herein at a minimum purchase price of $ 36,500.00 The

ervice of the Fort Pierce-Port St.Lucie Board of Realtors, -
nc. and if no firm contract is executed by both buyers and ~
ellers on or before sixty days from the date of its first
ntry in the Multiple Listing Service then either party may
pply to this Court for partition of the marital dwelling and 1
e furniture, fixtures and appliances contained therein.
-6. The Court orders the Husband, DONALD E. YAWN, to pay

125.00 to John Edgar Sherrard, Esquire on or before November

1980 to be applied to the Wife's attorney's fees for this
ause. The Court further orders that the costs of this hearing
hall be split between the parties with each party bearing i
fifty-percent.
7. Paragraph 3~of the Order entered in this cause on
ebruary 14, 1980 is hereby vacated effective and to be
rorated as of the date of entry of this Order.
8. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
's retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
roper.
