MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
THAT, WHEREAS, FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
LARGO id the holder and owner of a certain mortgage ven by C1 aude & Bethi ne M. Bowen
since assumed by H. H. Clement and Joseph~ne E. Clement
recorded in O.R. Book 243 ,Page 2894 , of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, otherwise referred to as Loan Number 10105270 encumbering.the-following
described property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: j

Lot 12, Block 199, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT FIFTEEN,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Piat Book
16, pages 42, 42A through 42F, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

WHEREAS, said mortgage was in the original principal amount of ~ 34.600.00
and among other things provided for monthly contractual payments of X286.51
per month, with interest at the rate of 9 1~4~ per annum; and
WHEREAS, it has been agreed by and between the parties hereto, to modify said mortgage

and it is intended hereby to evidence in writing said modification.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions contained -
herein and in consideration of the-sum of X1.00 and other valuable considerations accruing to i
