ARTICLE ONE ~ ~
I hereby acknowledge and declare that I am a citizen of
the United States of America, and a resident of the State of
Florida, my legal domicile being at Oakland Park, Broward
County, Florida. ~

ARTICLE TWO -
If my loving spouse, ANTHONY T. BRANCATO, survives me,
- I give, devise and bequeath to my said spatise, all of my
- estate, both real and personal, of whatsoever kind, nature
and description and wheresoever situate, or to which-I may
be entitled at the time of my death, including any insurance
policies which may be payable to my estate or to my personal v~
representative. ~ _

ARTICLE THREE
In the event my said spouse should predecease me, then i
I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate, as
it is fully described above in equal shares to my two sons,

If any of my said children predecease me without leaving
