paid. Without in any way limiting the generality of the.
foregoing, I hereby grant to my personal represent the
following specific powers and authority in addition to and
• not in substitution of powers conferred by law: a
A. To compromise, settle or adjust any claim or demand
by or against my estate and to agree to any rescission or
modification of any"contract or agreement.
B. To retain any security or other property owned by
me at the time of my death, so long as such retention ap-
pears advisable, to exchange any such security or property
for other securities or properties and to retain such items
received in exchange. t
C. To sell, exchange, assign, transfer, acquire or
grant options to purchase, and convey any security or pro-
perty, real or personal, held in my estate, at public or
private sale, and at such time end price and upon such terms j
and conditions (including credit) as my said personal rep-
resentative may determine. I specifically confer upon my
personal representative the power to sell any real property E
held in my estate without obtaining or applying for any
order of Court authorizing or confirming the sale, whether a
or not such sale is necessary for the purposes of adminis-
tration of my estate. •It is not my intention that any real
property held in my estate must pass to any devisee or
beneficiary and this power of sale may be exercised by my ~
personal representative for purposes of management of estate
assets, or for any reason, or for no reason, and this authority
to sell, abi-lity to pass title, and discretion shall not be
subject to or require confirmation under Florida Statute
733.22, 733.23, or any other laws of Florida, or of other
states, or decisions of Court to the contrary notwithstanding.
D. ~o invest and reinvest in such stocks, bonds and
other securities and properties as my personal representative
may deem advisable., in -cash, on margin, or otherwise through
the use of credit, including stocks and unsecured obligations,
undivided interests, interests in investment trusts, legal
and discretionary common trust funds, mutual funds, leases,
and property which is outside of my domicile, all without
diversification as to kind or amount, without being re-
stricted in any way by any statute or Court decisions'(now
or hereafter existing) regulating or limiting investments by
fiduciaries.
E. To register and carry any property in my personal ,
representative's own name, or in the name of a nominee, or
to hold it unregistered, but without thereby increasing. or
decreasing my personal representative's liability as fiduciary.
F. To apportion extraordinary and stock dividends and
other property received and charges incurred between prin-
cipal and income and allocate to principal and income such
parts or all of such receipts and expenses as in my personal h-
representative's discretion are properly chargeable or
