THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon-the Court's Notice
to Plaintiff and Defendant to Appear on March 19, 1980, before The
Honorable BOBBY GUNTHER; and the Court having reviewed the Statement
of Claim and Affidavit filed by Plaintiff's counsel; Defendant not
having appeared; and the Court being fully advised, the Court finds
as follows:
1. The Defendant, DEVITT J. ADAMS, has failed to plead or
otherwise make an appearance in this cause.
2. The .Defendant, DEVITT J. ADAMS, entered into an oral contract
in Broward County, Florida, in the summer of 1976 with the Plaintiff
herein, and the Defendant has breached said contract in that he has
failed to make payment therefor. "
WHEREFORE, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a Default and Final Judgment be and
the same are hereby entered in favor of the Plaintiff and against the
Defendant, DEVITT J. ADAMS, in the sum of One Thousand Four Hundred
Fifty and 00/100 ($1,450.00) Dollars, plus interest in the amount of
Two Hundred Sixty-One and 00/100 ($261.00) Dollars, and costs herein
expended in the amount of Twenty-Three and 00/100 ($23.00) Dollars,
far a total of One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Four and 00/100
($1,734.00) Dollars, for ali of which let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Lauder-dale, Florida, this Y day
