III PARTIAL RELEASE CLAUSE ~ '_E'.

Mortgagees covenant to and with Mortgagor to
grant partial releases of portions of the land above
described from the lien and operation of this mortgage upon ~
-the following terms:
.(a) One release shall be granted by Mortgagees as to the
Northeasterly 20 net acres of said real property, said acreage to
be established by a line perpendicular to the easterly right of way
of the FEC Railway Co., extended southeasterly to the westerly
right of way of Selvitz Road, upon payment or pre-payment to
Mortgagees, in equal shares, by Mortgagor, after January 1, 1981,
of the total sum of $ 80,500.00.
(b) Following the grant of release provided for in (a),
above, releases of additional parcels lying to the south and having
as their southerly boundary, lines parallel to the southerly line.
of the parcel released pursuant to (a) above, extending from the
FEC Railway right of way to Selvitz Road, shall be granted by
Mortgagees upon their receipt in equal shares of payments
or pre-payments of the principal indebtedness hereby secured -
amounting to $8,888.00 per acre, or fraction thereof, to be ~
released.
