W I T N E S S E T H: That for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00, cash in hand paid, and other good, valuable
and sufficient considerations,-receipt of which is hereby acknow-

ledged, the party of the first part has bargained, sold, and does.
by these presents, hereby bargain, sell, release, quitclaim and
convey unto the parties of the second part, as joint tenants .
with right of survivorship, their heirs and assigns, forever, all
right, title, claim and interest she may have in and to the
following described property, to-wit:
Situate, lying and.~being in f~ County,
Florida, and being
Lot 11, Block 346, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWENTY FIVE,
as per Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, pages 32, 32-A
thru 32-I of the Public Records of .I~ Lcr~,~
Gounty, Florida.
SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND EASEMENTS of

record; zoning and other regulatory ordinances.
Being the same property conveyed to Fred K. Gamble,
Anna K. Gamble, and John B. Gamble, as joint tenants with right
of survivorship, by Fred K. Gamble, Elizabeth B. Gamble, his
wife, and Anna K. Gamble, by deed dated October 3rd, 1978.

THIS IS A FAMILY TRANSFER
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said property, together with all
rights, privileges and appurtenances thereunto appertaining,
unto the parties of the second part,-their heirs and assigns
in fee simple forever. -
It is the purpose of this 'conveyance to terminate any
interest which Anna K. Gamble, party of the first part, may
. have in~and to the above described property.
