KNOW All MEN 8Y THESE PRESEISTS, that First Federal Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Jacob H. 'Roon and
Elizabeth W. Roon, his wife dated February 17th 19 72 ,and recorded
in the public records of ~ St. Lucie County, Florida, in p. R. Book 200 on page
,9 , securinet the payment of the sum of Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred and no/100---------
Dollars (S 7,700.00-------~
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, end doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and Loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
subscribed in its corporate name by its Vice President
