THIS CAUSE, having come on before the Court upon
the Stipulation of counsel for all the parties hereto, that
an award of a reasonable attorneys' fee, in the amount of Four
Hundred Dollars ($400.00) would be made to Brennan, McAliley,
Hayskar, McAliley & Deckert, P. A., attorneys for the Plaintiff,
FLORIDA BANK AT~FORT PIERCE, pursuant to this Court's ruling
within the Final Judgment of this Court, dated September ~Z_,
1980, and therefor, it is
OP,DEF=:ED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK
AT FORT PIERCE, shall have Judgment against the Defendants,
LARRY M[JNSON, INTERCONTINENTAL BEVERAGE CORPORATION and JOSEPH
PEREZ .
