valuable considerations, receipt wht~rnof is hereby ackrwu~hahted, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re_
miles, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee. all that certain land situate in St. Lucie '
County, Florida, viz:
Unit Week number 27 in Condominium D-15, consisting of Apartment number
D-15 and its undivided share of the common elements of Turtle Reef Condominium I,
as such is described in the Master Form Deed, recorded in Official Records
Book 263, Page 2002.
Subsequent to all terms, rights, conditions, covenants, restrictions and
reservations as set forth in said Master Form Deed and all things therin re-
ferred to, and covenants that the property is free of all encumbrances, that
lawful seisin of and good right to convey that property are vested in the
Grantor, and that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land and
will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
