MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION
AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 25th day
of September, 1980, by and between CHARLES A. LLOYD, a single man,
hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor", and GREAT AMERICAN BANK -
OF DAVIE, a Florida banking association, hereinafter referred to
as "Mortgagee".
RECITAIS
A. Mortgagor executed a Mortgage to Mortgagee dated
September 26, 1979 and recorded in Official Records Book 317, at
Page 2378, Public Records of St.~Lucie County, Florida, securing
the original principal sum of Fifty Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
($50,400.00) and encumbering the following described real property,
situate, in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Apartment Number, also known as Dwelling Unit 608,
of OCEANRISE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according
to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as re-
corded in Official Records Book 313, Pages 2307
through 2351, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as amended in Official Records
Book 315, Pages 1853 through 1866.
8. Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to modify the terms
of the Mortgage referred to in Recital A above.
NOW, THEREFORE,-in consideration of the mutual covenants z
and agreements hereinafter contained, Mortgagor and Mortgagee
hereby covenant and agree as follows;
1. The parties agree that the unpaid principal balance
of the Mortgage set forth in Recital A above is Fifty Thousand
Four Hundred Dollars ($50,400.00). The parties further agree that
the said indebtedness be modified as follows:
_ Mortgagor shall make monthly payments of Principal

Dollars ($568.52) on the first day of each and

2. Mortgagor hereby affirms that the real property set
forth in Recital A hereir~above is not now his homestead nor has it
been his homestead at any time from August 30, 1979 through the
