Tract: Beginning at intersection of East right of way line of U. S. Highway
#1 and the North line of the said Lot 15, atxi run Southeasterly along the
East right of way line 300 feet to a point; thence run Northeasterly 180 feet,
more or less, to a point in East line of said Lot 15, which is 240 feet
j South of Northeast corner of Lot 15; thence run North along East line of
Lot 15, 240 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; and thence nun West
along North line 300 feet to the point of beginning.
