as recorded in Page 1, Page 35, of tine Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, lyiny East of U. S. [liyhway #1, Less and
Cxcept the following described Tract: Begin at intersection of
Cast-right of way line of U. S. tlighway # 1 and the North line of
tl~e said Lot 15, and run Southeasterly along East right of way
line 300 feet to a point; thence run Northeasterly 180 feet,
Wore or Less, to a point in East line of said Lot 15, which is
240 feet South of Northeast corner of Lot 15; thence run North
alony Cast line of Lot 15, 240 feet to the t~ortheast corner -
thereof; and thence run West along North line 300 feet to the
point of beginning. "
Grantors warrant the above is not now nor has ever been their,
