of acid note sad mortgage; and the Purchaser, as a part of the purchase price, has agreed to assume sad to pay acid note and
NOW, THEREFORE. in consideration of the promises and the sum of One DoUu in hand paid by each of the parties to
the other. and in the further consideration of the acts to be performed by the parties each for the benefit of the other, n la
agreed:

ONE: The facts outlined above are true and correct to the best knowledge and belief of the parties.
TWO: The prosent sum due under the said mortgage note is S 35,978.95 .
THREE: The Purchaser hereby assumes and agrees to pay the said mortgage note, and hereby assumes the liability for
any deficiencies which might accrue from the sale of the said property by th_
a Mortgagee through foreclosure or
otherwise.
FOUR: The Purchaser hereby agroes to all of the ca>tditions contained in the said mortgage.
FIVE: The Mortgagee, with the consent of the Purchaser evidenced by his signature hereon, does hereby release
