TWO: The prosent sum due under the said mortgage note is S 35,978.95 . THREE: The Purchaser hereby assumes and agrees to pay the said mortgage note, and hereby assumes the liability for any deficiencies which might accrue from the sale of the said property by th_ a Mortgagee through foreclosure or otherwise. FOUR: The Purchaser hereby agroes to all of the ca>tditions contained in the said mortgage.
