The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate alleges:
I. The decedent, Catherine Frodelly _ , a resident of
St. Lucie County Florida ,died on
April 29 , 19 79 ,and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on September 14, 19 79 _
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing a complete report of al! receipts
and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since the date of the
last accounting filed herein, if any.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by making payment, settlement. or other
disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision. for the
f payment of all expenses of administration.
