l~ The undersigned, as co-personal representatives of the

~ above Estate, allege:

1. The decedent, LOUISE P. MANROW, a resident of St.
j~ Lucie County, Florida, died on August 7, 1979, and Letters of F
~i
Administration were issued to Petitioners on August 20, 1979.
! 2. Petitioners are the only interested persons in this
i
i~ i
proceeding. ~
3. Petitioners have fully administered this Estate by
i
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
t~
for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration. '
~ 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
f appraisers, or other agents employed by the personal representa-
~ ~ tives is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
5. Petitioners have filed all required Estate tax
returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Depart- E
went of Revenue of the State of Florida, and have obtained and `
filed with the Court evidence of the satisfaction of this
Estate's obligations for both Federal and Florida Estate taxes,
if any.
- 6. Petitioners have made or propose to make distribu- I
tion of the assets of this Estate as set forth in the Schedule
of Distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B. ~
7. The only persons having an interest in this pro- ~
