That she is the surviving spouse of MILFORD S. PURCEL who died April 14, 1972. 2. That iDA BELLS PURCEL and MILFORD S. PURCEL were married on August 22, 1929, and that they were continuously married from that date to the date of death of MILFORD S. PURCEL as set forth above. 3. That MILFORD S. PURCEL and IDA BELLE PURCEL, his wife, acquired title as tenants by the entireties to the following described real property: PARCEL #1: Beginning at a pipe marking the Southeast - corner of lands of Eva L. Whiteman, as described in ` Deed Book 235, Page 404, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records, run northwesterly along the east line of said Whiteman lands 79.09 feet to the north edge of existing concrete walk; thence westerly along the north edge of said concrete walk 5.3 feet; thence ~ ~ southerly along the West edge of said concrete walk J a 41 feet to the southwest corner thereof; thence south- ; ,V ~ ~ easterly parallel to the aforesaid East line of Whiteman ~ ~ lands, run 38.6 feet, more or less, to the South line of ''3 said Whiteman lands; thence Easterly along the South line ?b ~ ~ of said Whiteman lands 11.8 feet to the point of begin- H Z ning; together with the improvements contained therein. ~ ~ 0 PARCEL #2: South 100 feet of Mary Ann Subdivision, Plat w C - Book 7, Page 37, St. Lucie County, Florida, except that r., ~ o part thereof deeded to Sun Rise Homes in Deed Book 130, ~ a,~ Page 247, as follows: For point of beginning a concrete ~ monument in Southwest corner Mary Ann Subdivisions; from said p.o.b. run easterly along South side Mary Ann Sub- division 140.78 feet to a stake, thence with a back angle of 81°25' to the right, a distance of 198.73 feet to the ~ South side proposed .street, thence Westerly along south side proposed street 140.47 feet to a pipe on east side of Indian River Drive, thence southerly along east side of Indian Riirer Drive 176.22 feet to p.o.b., together with improvements contained thereon. 4. That all Federal Estate Taxes have been paid as they re- late to the said property. That the ,original of the I.R.S. Ac- ceptance Letter and the Florida Nontaxable Certificate and Receipt for Estate Tax were heretofore filed in the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, Probate Division No. 72-2012 (Dowling). 5.
