State at Florida, described as follows:

to the plat thereof, as recorded in Deed Book 187, page 408, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being in Section 15,
Talslaship 36 South, Range 40 East.
Including specifically but nut limited to the following
items of equipment: range, wall to wall carpeting, 1 A/C
Unit, reverse cycle

Together with ap structures sad improvemeats now sad hereafter on said laad, and the rents, issues„ sad profits
of the above described Property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to collect and retain
the said rents, issues, and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to or used
in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the following described household appliances,
which are, and shall be deemed to be, fizturea and a part of the realty, and are a portion of the security for the
iadebtedness herein mentioned:
Should the Veteran's Administration for any reason fail or
refuse to issue the Loan Guaranty Certification in accordance
with the provision of the servicemen's read3ustment act of 1944,
as amended, and the Certificate of Commitment issued by the
Veteran's Administration to guarantee the loan secured by this
mortgage within 60 days of date hereof, the l~iortgagee may at its
option declare all sums secured by this mortgage immediately due
and payable

and every part thereof, with the appurtsnan:es of the said Mortgagor in and to the same, and every part and
partxl thereof unto the said Mortgagee is fee simple.
