PARCEL ONE: All that part of the following described property locate
West of U.S. Highway No. 1. The North half of the following-describe
property lying West of the Old Dixie Highway. Commencing 1048.5 feet
South of the NW corner of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East; run thence South 330 feet; thence
East to the East line of said E 1/2 of the NW 1/i4, thence North 330
feet; thence West to the place of beginning, except that part -
heretobefore deeded to right of way for public roads, and to the
Florida East Coast Railway as laid across the described lands.
PARCEL TWO: That part of the North 70.45 feet of the South 165
feet of the North 1378.5 feet of the East 1/2 of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 28, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, on the
West side of the New U. S. Highway No. 1.
PARCEL THREE: All that part of the South 330 feet of the North
1048.5 feet of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 34
South, Range 40 East, lying West of U. S. Highway No. 1, EXCEPTING
the North 20 feet theieof. ALSO EXCEPTING all rights of way for
public roads, ditches and easements for utility lines.
THIS IS A CORRECTIVE MORTGAGE given to correct that certain
mortgage dated August 1, 1978 and recorded in O. R. Book 291,
