FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE
This cause having come on this day for hearing on Plaintiff's
Motion for Final Judgment of Foreclosure on plaintiff's complaint
and the evidence offered in support of such complaint, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon
-the defendant Fannie M. King, as owner of the real property which
is the. subject matter hereof; that service of process was not had as.
to Willis J. King, who is not a necessary party hereto; that the
default previously entered in this cause against the defendant
Fannie M. King is hereby ratified and confirmed; that this Court
has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the parties
hereto; that the allegations contained in the complaint have been
proved by competent evidence and that the equities in this cause
are with the plaintiff.
2. That the mortgage. sued upon by the plaintiff in this
cause constitutes a valid lien upon the property hereinafter
described, subject only to the prior lien of First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, by reason of its first mortgage
dated February 9, 1979, recorded~in O. R. Hook 307 at page 2608
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the mortgage
owned and held by the plaintiff is in default as alleged in the
complaint.
