THIS CAUSE having come on this day for hearing on
Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment of Foreclosure on
Plaintiff's Complaint, and the evidence offered in support of
such Complaint, and a Default having been regularly entered by
the Clerk against the Defendant, R. L. WALTERS, and the .Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, upon con-
sideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That due and legal service of process has been had
upon the Defendant by publication as the whereabouts of the
Defendant were unknown to Plaintiff, that the Default previously
entered in this cause against the Defendant, R.L. WALTERS, is
hereby ratified and confirmed; that this Court has jurisdiction
of the subject matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that
the allegations contained in the Complaint have been proven by
competent evidence and that the equities in this cause are with
the Plaintiff.
2. That the Mortgage sued upon by the Plaintiff in this
cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereafter
described and said Mortgage is in default as alleged in the
Complaint.
3. '=hat the reasonable fee for services rendered by the
attorney for the Plaintiff in this cause is in the amount of
