The above-itemized sums are now due and owing to the
Plaintiff and in addition such further sums as may be paid by the
Plaintiff for Court costs, plus interest at six (67e) per cent per
annum from the date of the Final Judgment until paid, and any
further sums in connection with this suit.
5. The Plaintiff has a lien to secure the payment of
the above-itemized .sums against the following-described property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
.Lot 17, Block 1361, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 14 .
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 5 and 5A through
5F of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

Lot 14, Block 1854, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION SEVEN,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 12, Pages 37A through 37F of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida
I The lien of the Plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior
to all rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and equitie
of the Defendant and all persons, firms or corporations claiming
by, through or under the Defendant and the property will be sold
free and clear of any claims of the Defendant.
6. That the Clerk of suit Court, after publication of
notice is required by the Florida Statutes, is directed to sell
GUY R.BRUNI the mortgaged premises as described in Paragraph 5 above to the
