interest or claim or demand of~any kind or nature whatsoever,~in
-and to the above-described property, and the purchaser at the
aforesaid sale, 'nis successors, representatives or assigns, shall
be let into possession of the premises so conveyed.
11. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the
enforcement of this Judgment.
