ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: 1. That due and legal service of process has been had upon the Defendant by Sheriff's service; that this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that the allegations contained in the Complaint have been proven by competent evidence and that the equities in this cause E are with the Plaintiff.
