THIS CAUSE having come on this day for hearing on
Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure on
Plaintiff's Complaint, and the evidence offered in support of
such~Complaint, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is, upon consideration:.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That due and legal service of process has been had
upon the Defendant by Sheriff's service; that this Court has
jurisdiction of the subject matter of this cause and the parties
hereto; that the allegations contained in the Complaint have been
proven by competent evidence and that the equities in this cause

cause constitutes a valid first lien upon the property hereafter

Complaint.
3. That the reasonable fee for services rendered by the
