WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN

Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 338,

This conveyance is sub3ect to and by accepting this Deed, Grantee hereby agrees

2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements, and other ~
natters of record; however, this reference shall not operate to reimpose any of

3. Tt,e Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. ~
• 4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declaration of Covenants and ~
Festrictions of Ocean Village Property Owner's Association, Inc., a Florida
non-profit corporation, the provisions of which documents run with the land.
The urantee hereby assumes the obligations of a member of said Property Owner's t.

I, ~ The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by,
through or under Grantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of ~
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor. Z
