HomeMy WebLinkAbout0680 - . ~ RECEIPT, ACKHOWLF.DGMI:NT, ASSUFII`Tlt)N AND ACCEF'TAFFCF OF PURCIIASER Purchaser, by acceptance and executi~?• ?•r' thin Receipt, acknowledges that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCF.A;1 ?IILLAGF..OF FIUTCFIINSON ISLAND is subject in every respect. to the Declaration of Condominium as to the condominium in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, inclu,dfng but not lim- ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of_Condominium or re- ferred to therein), the ay-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and Regulations, copy of protected operatinP budget, copy of sales i brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners Association; and Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and reading and - examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budi;et, sales brochure and floor ' plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen- tial, to the successful operation and manaPement of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and Avery provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hprehy ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, an~i said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's ,lssociation has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being, conveyed to Purchaser, as-security for his obligations tinder said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser a^sumes thc• obligations as to the Property Owner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that a21 warranties, repre:~entations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of CondominitBn and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or g„aranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
