. EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, a Municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege and.
easement to construct an electric distribution line and do hereby
convey and grant to SOUTHERN BELL TELEPHONE & TELEGRAPH COMPANY
the privilege and easement to construct a buried telephone facility,
the easement to each of said companies to be over and across the
following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida to wit:
The North 10 feet of the following described property:
The South 259.64 feet of that part of the South 1/2 of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, bounded on the South by the 135 foot
right of way for Virginia Avenue on the East by the 80
foot right of way for Oleander Boulevard, the North by
the 50 foot right of way for Southern Avenue and on the
West by the 50 foot right of way for South 10th Street,
and to place such poles and attachments thereto, across and on,
said land as may be necessary in the construction of said line,
including the right to trim,. cut and keep clear of said line all
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to
go upon said land from time to time as may be necessary to
construct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent structures
shall be placed or installed on said easeme't1t, Southern Bell
Telephone & Telegraph Company shall have the right to go upon said
easement for -the purpose of maintaining said buried telephone facility.
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own the
said Land and have the right to grant this easement.
IN WITNESS ti~IEREOF, the undersigned grantors have hereunto set
