HomeMy WebLinkAbout0712 SCHEDULE A An undivided one-half interest in and to the West 1/2 of the following described property: The South 259.64 feet of that part of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, bounded on the South by the ;30 foot right of way for Virginia Avenue, on the East by the 80 foot right of way for Oleander Boulevard, on the North by the 50 foot right of way for Southern Avenue and on the West by the 50 foot right of way for South 10th Street. SUBJECT to and assuming a 1/4 interest in that certain Mortgage Deed executed by Robert Nelson in favor of Larry E. Lewis as to a one-half interest, William C. Reeves as to a one-quarter interest, and Fritz Stalquist as to a one-quarter interest, dated February 8, 1980 and recorded in O. R. Book 325 at Page 2924 of the Public .Records of St. Lucie County, Florida in the original prinicipal amount of $138,250.00. SUBJECT to and assuming a one-half interest in that certain Mortgage Deed executed by William C. Reeves and Larry E. Lewis in favor of Gulf Atlantic Investments of Fort Pierce, Inc. dated June 28,1977 and recorded in O.R.Book 271 at Page 161 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida in the original principal amount of $86,250.00, subsequently assigned by Assignment of Mortgage to Strazzulla Bros. Co., Inc. dated November 30, 1977 and recorded in O.R.Book 279 at Page 457 of the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida. SUBJECT to restrictions, easements and reservations of record and to taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,1979. THIS IS A CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED BEING RECORDED FOR THE PURPOSE OF AMENDING THE WARRANTY DEED FILED IN O.R.BOOK 333 AT PAGE 2918 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST.LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA TO SHOW THE ASSUMPTION OF THE MORTGAGE SHOWN ABOVE i GIVEN BY WILLIAM C.
