Avenue, on the East by the 80 foot right of way for Oleander Boulevard,
on the North by the 50 foot right of way for Southern Avenue and on
the West by the 50 foot right of way for South 10th Street.
SUBJECT to and assuming a 1/4 interest in that certain mortgage deed
executed by Robert Nelson in favor of Larry E.Lewis as to a one-half
interest,William C. Reeves as to cone-quarter interest and Fritz
Stalquist as to aone-quarter interest dated February 8,1980 and re-
corded in O.R.Book 325 at Page 2924 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County,Florida in the original principal amount of $138,250.00.
Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and to
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,1979.
