shall be reimbursed for it by the Clerk if Plaintiff is not the p~-
chaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff is the purchaser, the
Clerk shall credit Plaintiff's bid with the dotal sun, fiogether with
interest and costs accsvi.ng subsequent to this Judgment or such part of
it as is necessary to pay the bid i.n full.
5. On filug the certificate of title the Clerk shall distribute
the proceeds of the sale, as far as they are sufficient, by paying:
. first, all of Plaintiff's costs; secoir3, documentary stamps affixed tD
the certificate; third, Plaintiff's attorney's fees; fourth, the total
sum due to Plaintiff-less the hens paid plus interest at the rate pre-
scribed by law from this date ~ the date of the sale; and by retaining
any atmunt remaining pending the further order of this Court.

purchaser at the sale shall be let into possession of the property.
7. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter further orders
as are proper including, without limitation, writs of assistance.
