This cause coming on Plaintiff's Motion for Final Summary
Judgment and Final Judgment Subsequent to Default and the only
non-defaulting party, PORT ST. LUCIE BANK, a Florida banking
corporation, having consented hereto, and the Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Plaintiff, HOYT C. .MURPHY, INC., REALTORS, is
